Fixed aspect ratio: Holding down the Shift key while dragging with the Rectangular Marquee Tool creates a perfectly square selection (maintaining a 1:1 aspect ratio).

Adjusting selection: Once the selection is made, you can move it by clicking inside the selection and dragging it to a new location. Additionally, you can modify the selection by resizing or changing its shape.
